Twister is a new and unique Bio-engineered, all in one formulation loaded with 60g of OPTITECH®, a new unique whey protein matrix selected to ensure that the protein is absorbed quickly and others are slowly released over a longer period. Added to the Optitech® Matrix is: 10 grams of L-Glutamine, 10 grams of Creatine.
