Sci-Mentor branched chain amino acids (BCAA’s) contain a potent concentration of BCAA`s per serving.

These amino acids are an essential factor in the building blocks of muscle. BCAA’s are metabolised directly in the muscle and make up 35% of human muscle mass.

BCAA’s must be present for cellular growth to take place. A deficiency of these aminos in the diet will inhibit potential muscle development.

Regular consumption of BCAA’s before and after training may contribute to increased nitrogen retention by sparing other amino acids during the metabolic processes involved in repair and building of muscle tissue.

Directions for use:
As a dietary supplement, take 6 capsules before a workout and a further 6 capsules 45mins after training. Use only on training days.
