Pilates Wobble Cushion

The wobble cushion or stability cushion is an ideal tool for improving balance and posture, you can kneel or stand on the cushion whilst exercising to improve core strength or can sit on it to tone abdominal muscles whilst sitting at your desk. Can be inflated or deflated to increase or decrease the level of stability. Can be used in pairs under each foot.
One side smooth, one side knobbly.
