Directions:

One 150 gram serving with breakfast, another serving mid morning. On training days we also suggest ½ serving (i.e. 75g) 60 minutes before training and another ½ serving immediately before training. To mix a full serving add 150 grams (approx 2 level scoops) with 600ml of ice cool water or skimmed milk, blend or shake vigorously, enjoy! Scoop included.
