Each 72g serving gives you approximately 33% of the RDA of vitamins and minerals and 1g of Creatine. As this product can be used to replace a convenient meal, it can be blended with milk or fruit juice to boost further the carbohydrate or protein content. Depending upon calorific requirements, Extreme Meal Replacement can also be mixed with water if dieting or watching your calorie intake.
