Other Ingredients
Gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, modified corn starch, magnesium stearate, silica.

Take two (2) capsules twice a day. Ideally you should have an eight hour gap between the two servings so take two (2) capsules in the morning and then another two (2) in the evening. While consuming four(4) capsules each day, one (1) box of Xtreme Mass FX will last for four (4) weeks of use.

As a general rule try and take one (1) capsule per every 50 lbs or 23kg of bodyweight. For best results, use for eight (8) weeks. Do not exceed six (6) capsules per day nor eight (8) weeks of continuous use.
